We are KayLee & Kendra!
Together we have close to 40 years of experience in the field of sexual betrayal and narcissistic abuse.
KayLee is a licensed psychotherapist and betrayal navigation coach, and Kendra is a certified life coach.
We know how painful it is to deal with the aftermath of betrayal because we experienced it too.
We know what it is like to feel stuck, hopeless, and miserable no matter what you try because of the choices of the person you loved the most in the world.
Our message to you is: There is hope.
You can learn research-based skills and tools and live the life you want.

Who is this for?
Women who have been betrayed in an intimate relationship, experienced narcissistic abuse, and/or are having trouble moving on after divorce, and are wanting to step into their own power and move forward in their life.
When and where is this happening?
Luxury Beach House, Summer 2025, in gorgeous Seaside, Oregon.
Exact location details to be disclosed after payment due to the sensitive nature of our retreat.
Where is the nearest Airport?
Portland, OR (PDX)
Travel to and from the airport to the beach house is taken care of.
We leave for the beach house at 12pm, on Tuesday, June 25th.
We depart for the airport at 2pm on Saturday, June 28th.
Flights are not included in the cost of the retreat, but transportation between the airport to the beach house is.
I feel powerful, but I NEED a get away. Is this still for me?
100% yes! Many survivors feel strong in their decision making, but just need to get away and recharge. This retreat is still the place for you! Schedule a call to find out more.
When will I get access to the Facebook Group?
The Facebook Group will be available May 17th.
After that, the group is closed, and we will know exactly who will be joining us for the retreat.
We will start connecting in the Facebook Group regularly, leading up to the retreat.
After the Empower You Retreat is over, the group will remain open for an additional 3 weeks. We can share photos, ask questions, and follow up on any goals you set during the retreat.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Absolutely! Early Birds can pay in agreed-upon installments as long as it is paid in full by May 17th. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your spot. Sign up for a consult call to see if we'd be a good fit and decide upon a payment plan.
